Studio policies
The same policies apply when booking with Cindy or Liz.
Deposits & booking
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Deposits may transfer once when rescheduling within 24–48 hours of the original appointment time. The posted policy states that cancellations or reschedules made after 48 hours forfeit the deposit; please confirm the timing with your artist before making changes. After a second reschedule, a new deposit is required.
Pre-book your next appointment on the same day and receive $5 off that service. A deposit is still required.
Arrival & punctuality
A 10-minute grace period is offered. At 12 minutes late, a $10 late fee applies. Arriving beyond 12 minutes requires rescheduling and a new deposit.
Guests & preparation
No additional guests unless discussed and approved in advance. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, especially around your eyes and lash line. Oils, creams and makeup residue can affect lash adhesion and retention.
Lash care & touch-ups
Report any lash fallout within 1–3 days of your appointment so your artist can address concerns at no additional cost. Issues reported after this window may be subject to a charge.
